hndrdfold provides digital receipt delivery and a loyalty passport program (the “Passport”) on behalf of participating stores. By using the digital receipt page or submitting your email to save a passport stamp, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a passport account or submit your email address. If you are under the age of 18, you may only view digital receipts without creating an account.
The Passport is a loyalty program that awards stamps for qualifying purchases at participating locations. A stamp is attached to a claimed receipt after the passport email has been verified. The current threshold is shown on the passport before you join. A changed threshold does not remove rewards already issued.
Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed at a participating location. Reward codes are single-use and expire 90 days after being earned. Staff may request to verify your reward code before redemption.
When you provide your email address, we create a customer record to track your passport stamps and rewards. Your email is your canonical identity across devices. You may access your passport from any device by entering the same email address.
We may email you to verify access, about an earned reward, or for a critical service notice. Venue marketing is separate, optional, and requires its own unticked consent box. You can withdraw that marketing consent without losing your passport.
When you choose to receive your receipt via email or WhatsApp, we process your contact information solely for the purpose of delivering the receipt. We do not use this information for marketing unless you separately opt in to marketing from that venue.
The participating store remains responsible for meeting its legal receipt obligations. A digital receipt does not remove any right you have to request paper or another legally accepted durable form, and the store must provide one where applicable law requires it.
The hndrdfold name, logo, and digital receipt platform are the property of their respective owners. Store branding, logos, and product names belong to the respective stores. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the digital receipt content without permission.
hndrdfold provides the digital receipt and passport services “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy of receipt data, which originates from the store's point-of-sale system. We are not liable for incorrect source data or temporary unavailability of the service, except where applicable law says otherwise.
The maximum liability of hndrdfold to any user shall not exceed the value of unredeemed rewards in the user's passport account.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Danish or EU law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer. The limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.
If you separately opt in to market insights, your eligible visits may contribute to aggregated statistics shared with venues or brands. The insights output does not identify you, your individual record is not sold, and declining does not affect receipt access or passport membership. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Your use of hndrdfold is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.
You may request deletion of your passport account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., generating fake stamps).
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify passport account holders via email. Where a change needs new consent, we will ask you to accept the new wording; silence or continued receipt viewing is not consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from the use of hndrdfold services may be brought before the competent Danish courts, without limiting any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in another competent court.
